LandPro^® TreePro™ Workers' Compensation Facility

NIP Programs is pleased to announce a new Workers’ Compensation offering designed specifically for use with its industry-leading LandPro^® TreePro^™
insurance program for tree services and landscapers.  This is the most comprehensive, and most inclusive, workers’ comp product that the program has ever offered, with eligible premiums beginning as low as $5,000 for landscapers  and $40,000 for tree services. 

LandPro TreePro is aggressively seeking package accounts to include Workers’ Compensation coverage.  We are accepting applications now.

Program Guidelines

• Class Eligibility:  Landscapers, Lawn Services, Tree Services operations    [80% of payroll must be within these classes]

• Premium Eligibility:  Landscapers: $5,000 minimum WC Premium ($10,000 in CA); Tree Services: $40,000 minimum WC premium

• Pricing Program:  Guaranteed Cost

• Ineligible States:  All monopolistic states and Washington DC, Rhode Island, Maine, Alaska and Hawaii

• 3 Year Loss Runs:  Incurred 3-year loss ratios less than 40%

• Highlights:  AM Best A+ Rated admitted carrier, Competitive Rates, Attractive Commissions
