NIP Group CEO Contributes Transportation Article to Insurance Journal
March 18th, 2009 (Woodbridge, NJ) — NIP Group CEO Richard Augustyn was invited to contribute a column to this month’s Insurance Journal Spotlight as they focused on Transportation and Trucking. In the article, titled “A Look at the Transportation Insurance Industry,” Augustyn details the latest results of NIP Group’s quarterly Transportation Insurance Pricing Survey (TIPS). The TIPS survey, designed to benchmark changes in the availability and rates in the transportation insurance market, surveys the nation’s leading transportation insurance brokers, wholesalers and underwriters about what they’re seeing with rates on their accounts. Augustyn also gives an outlook for the remainder of the year with respect to the trucking insurance market.
