NIP Programs Announces New Insurance Program: GrowPro™

Program Insures Greenhouses, Nurseries and Garden Centers

(Woodbridge, NJ) June 18, 2007 — NIP Programs, a division of NIP Group, Inc., is pleased to announce that it has expanded its green industry insurance offering with the launch of GrowPro™, a new insurance program designed specifically for greenhouses, nurseries and independent garden centers across the country.  NIP Programs is a leader in developing and administering specialty insurance programs to serve certain highly-specialized industries. 

“We created GrowPro as a complement to our LandPro^® TreePro™ program, which insures landscapers and tree services,” said Dave Springer, President of NIP Programs. “We are very excited about this innovative new program because for years, brokers have been asking us to write greenhouses or nurseries.  Some of our green industry insureds are also involved in growing and selling plants.  In the past, our brokers have had to search for separate coverage for these operations. My team has put a lot of time and research into developing GrowPro to give brokers a single source to meet their clients’ needs.”

In keeping with NIP Programs’ tradition of partnering with only top-rated markets, GrowPro is underwritten by an AM Best A+ rated carrier (Company Size XV).  Available coverages include General Liability, Business Auto, Property, Product Liability, and several custom endorsements.  The program even includes Workers’ Compensation and Umbrella Liability coverage.
