Mr. Mortilla has been with NIP Specialty Brokerage since its inception in 2004 when he joined the team as Senior Broker. Promoted to President in January 2009, Mr. Mortilla is a market leader known for his superior brokerage skills and passion for excellence. In his five years with NIP Specialty, Mr. Mortilla has significantly contributed to the company’s growth and evolution, and has been instrumental in building a solid business foundation for the company. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mortilla has extensive knowledge of the business, holding a P&C, Life, Accident & Health Brokers License, as well as various Excess Line Broker Licenses.  He is degreed in the Advisory of Insurance and holds an Associate Degree in Commercial Underwriting from the Insurance Institute of America.  Ext. 396

Anne-Marie Dolinac
Senior Broker, NIP Specialty Brokerage, LLC

NIP Specialty Senior Broker Ms. Dolinac has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry, both in underwriting and wholesale operations. Her career has focused on casualty placement with a concentration in the construction industry. Prior to joining NIP, Ms. Dolinac held an account executive position in a large national brokerage company and before that worked in senior underwriting positions with CNA.  She is a casualty specialist with experience in the communications and manufacturing sectors as well as construction, and is also knowledgeable in professional liability and loss sensitive programs for multi-line coverages.  Ext. 432

Regina Kustowski
Senior Broker, NIP Specialty Brokerage, LLC

Senior Broker Ms. Kustowski joined NIP Specialty from NAPCO, LLC, where she was responsible for a middle market commercial property book of business as well as large national property accounts. Ms. Kustowski brings more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry as a wholesale broker/reinsurance broker. Her background provides her with a very strong product knowledge base and ideally positions her to manage the Property Practice within NIP Specialty. She holds an AS in Business Administration and a BS in Management from Baruch College. Ms. Kustowski holds a NJ Producers license with authorities in Accident, Health or Sickness; Personal Lines, Property and Casualty.   Ext. 611
